🧾 Ingredients
- 2–3 apples (preferably organic or very fresh)
- Filtered water (optional, just enough to cover)
- Clean glass jar
🔥 Paano gawin
1. Hiwain ang mansanas
- Hugasan mabuti (huwag balatan)
- Hiwain into small pieces or slices
2. Ilagay sa jar
- I-pack ang apples sa malinis na glass jar
- Kung gusto mo mas “juicy” fermentation, puwede magdagdag ng kaunting water para ma-cover lang sila
3. Cover properly
- Takpan gamit clean cloth or loosely lid (huwag airtight)
- Dapat may hangin para sa natural fermentation
4. Ferment
- Iwan sa room temperature (18–25°C)
- 2–5 days lang usually
⏱️ Ano ang aasahan
- Day 1–2: walang gaanong pagbabago
- Day 3: medyo mabango + slight sour smell
- Day 4–5: lightly tangy, slightly fizzy taste
❄️ Pagkatapos
- Ilagay sa ref para huminto ang fermentation
- Kumain within 2–3 days for best taste

Dahil walang salt/sugar:
- mas mabilis mapanis kaysa normal fermentation
- mas mataas risk ng mold kung hindi malinis ang setup
- itapon agad kung may amoy na “bad” or may kulay na puti/green mold
🧠 Reality check (simple truth)
Fruit-only fermentation:
- ✔️ very natural
- ✔️ mild probiotics
- ❗ but less stable and less powerful than salted/sweet ferments
Kung gusto mo, pwede kitang bigyan ng safer fruit-only probiotic drink version (like apple “sparkling juice” ferment) na mas consistent at mas safe gawin sa bahay.
