- 2 large cucumbers

- 1 green onion, finely sliced

Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers into rounds about ½ inch (1.25 cm) thick.
- Using a small spoon or melon baller, scoop out a shallow indentation in the center of each slice, creating a small “cup.”
- In a bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice, dill, and green onion.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon or pipe the crab salad mixture onto each cucumber slice.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika or fresh dill.
