Ingredients
- 3 large russet potatoes
- 2–3 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6–8 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions or chives
- Salt & black pepper
- Sour cream (optional for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash potatoes and slice into ½-inch thick rounds.
- Toss potato slices with melted butter, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange on a baking tray in a single layer.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and tender.
- Remove from oven and top each round with:
