Rich, dense, and almost impossible to stop eating—here’s a simple way to make Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge at home:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter (creamy works best)
- 1 can (about 400g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt (optional, but enhances flavor)
Instructions:
- Melt the base:
In a saucepan over low heat (or using a microwave in short bursts), combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and condensed milk. Stir continuously until smooth and fully melted. - Add flavor:
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. - Set the fudge:
Pour the mixture into a lined square pan (8×8 inch works well). Smooth the top. - Chill:
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until firm. - Cut & serve:
Lift from the pan, cut into small squares, and enjoy.
Optional variations:
- Swirl in extra peanut butter on top before chilling for a marbled look
- Add chopped nuts for crunch
- Sprinkle a little sea salt on top for a sweet-salty finish
Keep it stored in the fridge—it softens quickly at room temperature because of how creamy it is.
