- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Creamy Tuscan Sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1. Season and cook shrimp
- Pat shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika
- Heat olive oil + butter in a large pan over medium-high heat
- Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink and slightly golden
- Remove and set aside
2. Make the sauce
- In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds
- Pour in chicken broth and stir to deglaze the pan
- Add heavy cream and simmer gently
3. Build flavor

4. Add spinach

5. Combine
- Return shrimp to the pan
