Golden Crispy Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges 🥔🧄🧀
Crispy outside, fluffy inside, and packed with garlic-parmesan flavor.
Ingredients
- 3 large russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Wash potatoes and cut each into wedges.
- Soak wedges in cold water for 20–30 minutes (helps crispiness).
- Drain and pat very dry.
- In a large bowl, toss wedges with:
- olive oil
- minced garlic
- paprika
- Italian seasoning
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange wedges in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Sprinkle parmesan during the last 3–4 minutes of cooking.
- Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan.
