Ingredients
For the Chicken

- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Coat the chicken thoroughly and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 8 hours in the refrigerator).
2. Prepare the Fries
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
3. Make the Herbed Yogurt Sauce
- Mix yogurt, parsley, dill, mint, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.

4. Grill the Chicken
