🍗 Melt-in-Your-Mouth Chicken
This recipe creates incredibly tender, juicy chicken with a creamy, flavorful coating.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 6 chicken thighs)
- 1 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½–1 tsp salt (to taste)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven
- Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Make the topping
In a bowl, combine:
- Mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
- Parmesan cheese
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Salt
Mix until smooth.
3. Prepare the chicken
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
- Arrange in a single layer in the baking dish.
4. Coat the chicken
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the top of each piece.
5. Bake
- Chicken breasts: 35–45 minutes
- Chicken thighs: 30–40 minutes
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
6. Optional golden finish
For a lightly browned top, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
