Ingredients (2 servings)
- 2 cups whole milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 4 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2–3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
1. Heat the Milk
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine:
- milk
- heavy cream
- cocoa powder
- sugar
- salt
Whisk until smooth and steaming, but not boiling.
2. Melt the Chocolate
Add chopped chocolate.
Whisk continuously until fully melted and glossy.
Stir in vanilla.
3. Make It Extra Luxurious
For ultra-smooth texture:
- Blend briefly with an immersion blender
or - Whisk vigorously for a frothy finish.
4. Serve
Pour into warm mugs.
